Extended Care at NCT
All camps begin at 9:00 am. However, NCT will provide before-hours care from 7:30 am to 9:00 am, Monday-Friday. Space is limited.
Fee: $45 per week (*Four day week: $28 for Tuesday-Friday)

All camps ends at 3:00 pm. However, NCT will provide after-hours care from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday. Space is limited.
Fee: $50 per week (*Four day week: $40 for Tuesday-Friday)
Before- and after-hours care consists of supervised, unstructured free-play.

NCT Drama Program Policies
Instructors: Instructors are professional teaching artists and actors seen at NCT. They are selected and trained by the Education Director. See our website for teacher bios.

Attendance: It is important that students are here every day of class and arrive on time. If a child needs to miss a class or will be late, please let NCT know in advance if possible.

Sharings: All camps culminate with a sharing at 2:00pm on Friday. Friends and family are invited to their
child’s presentation as well as other camps’ performances.

How to Enroll: Register online, or you may also register by Mail to NCT Summer Camp, 25 Middleton St, Nashville, TN 37210 or by Fax at 615-254-3255.

Availability: Early registration is advised. Classes often fill long before our early registration deadline. For up-to-date availability, please check NCT’s website. NCT reserves the right to cancel a class that does not meet enrollment requirements.

Class Size: We limit class size to provide quality instruction. Class sizes typically range from 12-14 students.
Confirmations: Add jbaber@nashvillechildrenstheatre.org to the safe list of your email. Enrollment will be confirmed by email. Additional camp information will be sent to your email address one week prior to the session that you are enrolled.

Waitlists: To be placed on a waiting list, either select the waitlist for the preferred camp(s) through our online registration system or send a completed registration form with payment to NCT. Payment will not be processed unless an opening occurs and you accept.

Discounts:
Subscriber: 2007-08 ticket subscribers receive a 10% tuition discount.
Early Registration: To receive the Early Registration Discount, registration forms must be completed online, faxed to (615) 254-3255, or postmarked by March 7, 2008.

Cancellations: If registration is cancelled, a 50% refund of tuition will be given up to two weeks prior to the first day of the camp in which the student is enrolled. After the two-week point, there will be no refunds.
If a child joins a class after the first day, tuition will not be prorated.
