Nashville Children's Theatre's Dragonkeepers
Internship Program
Dragonkeepers is a paid internship program that
allows students do gain first-hand experience working in a professional
theatre. Dragonkeepers work Saturday matinee
public performances where they assist with front of house and box office duties
as well as other special pre and post-show activities and events. They attend
all NCT performances as part of their internship so that they can serve as
ambassadors for the theatre and recruit other young people
and families to spend their weekends
with us at the theatre. Dragonkeepers are also invited to attend special events
at NCT as the theatre's guest.
Dragonkeepers is open to all interested young people ages 14 and over. However,
preference is given to those students who have participated in the NCT Education
programs illustrating a dynamic interest in the artform of theatre and the active
discipline to complete and advance in NCT classes.
Applications due Friday, August 24.
Dragonkeepers are selected by NCT Director of Education.
Both forms are required to apply:
