Nashville Children’s Theatre relies on a small team of committed youth to work the front of house for our Family Performances.

We are no longer accepting applications for the 2011-12 season.

Dragonkeepers are the key customer service representatives for NCT’s audience and are vital to the success of Nashville Children’s Theatre, the nation’s oldest professional theatre for kids and families.

NCT encourages youth ages 16 through college to be part of our company. This paid program runs during our season and offers opportunities to learn more about professional theatre. Dragonkeepers usher for the shows, assist patrons with questions and provide support to the house manager during the performance.

When someone is hired as a Dragonkeeper, they agree to work for the entire season of shows and become a vital part of the front of house staff.
