How can I buy tickets?
Tickets may be purchased by phone at 615-252-4675 during box office hours or through NCT’s online box office 24 hours a day. Single tickets for our 2011-12 season will go on sale on August 8, 2011. Subscriptions are currently on sale.
To attend a weekday school performance, call Lorna at 615-252-4662 to make reservations.
What are the Box office hours?
8:30 am through 4 pm, Monday - Friday. The box office opens one hour before show time on weekends.
Summer Box Office Hours: Tuesday - Friday 10am - 3pm. If you leave a message after hours, we will call you back the next business day.
What are ticket prices and do you have discounts?
Child ticket (age 2-17): $12
Adult ticket (age 18 and up): $19
College student (with valid ID): $12
Group Ticket (for 10 or more, regardless of age): $11
Do I need to pay for my infant?
Children under age 2 do not require a ticket, but must sit in a grown-up’s lap. If you plan to bring children under the age of 4 to a performance, please consider purchasing tickets closer to the back of the auditorium and near an aisle. This will make it easier for your and your child to move to the comfort room or lobby if your child grows restless during the production. It will also ensure that you, your child, and those around you are able to enjoy the experience of the performance.
How do I redeem a coupon/voucher?
For most coupons, you can call the box office at 615-252-4675 to redeem your ticket, or it can be presented in person.
Can I exchange tickets and how?
By calling our box office, tickets can be exchanged for the same title. Subscribers can exchange at no fee.
Non-subscribers may exchange for a $5 fee. All ticket exchanges are subject to availability at the time of exchange.
We require that you call at least 24 hours before the date printed on the tickets you are exchanging.
Once the date on your tickets has passed, the tickets are invalid and cannot be exchanged.
If you are exchanging your tickets for a date earlier than on your ticket, simply contact the box office before the
day you wish to attend.
What happens if I am late for a performance?
We know sometimes lateness is unavoidable. We’ll do our best to seat you regardless of how late you are, however,
please know that this can be distracting to the actors and other patrons. In order to minimize distraction,
we can’t guarantee that we will be able to seat latecomers in their reserved seat, but we will seat you in the best
available seats at an appropriate moment in the performance.
What happens when I miss a performance?
Tickets for missed performances are not exchangeable or refundable.
Can I get a refund for unused tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable, but feel free to turn them in to the box office before the performance. If we can resell
your unused tickets, the value can be considered a charitable gift to NCT.
Why are there so many subscription options?
NCT tries to have options available for all families, so based on the ages and interests of your children, you can
choose the shows that appeal to your situation.
For even more flexibility, we are pleased to offer Flex Pass Subscriptions.
How far in advance should I order my tickets?
We suggest ordering tickets in advance, so you will not be surprised by a sold out show. The earlier you order your
tickets, the better selection of seats you will have.
Can I get a block of tickets for my group?
Yes, for group sales of 10 or more, please call our box office at 615-252-4675.
Who do I call if I have other Ticketing questions?
Our box office can be reached at 615-252-4675

Yes. Please visit our Financial Assistance page for this information.
Is there a performance at the end of the camp session?
While our camps and classes emphasize the process of theatre over the product, the last day features an informal

What should I do if my child is restless during a performance?

If you plan to bring children under the age of 4 to attend a performance, please consider purchasing tickets closer to the back of the auditorium and near the aisle. This will make it easier for your and your child to move to the comfort room or lobby if your child grows restless during the production. It will also ensure that you, your child, and those around you are able to enjoy the experience of the performance.
Do you sell concessions?
We sell simple snacks and light colored beverages in our lobby before the show that you may bring into the theatre. These are also sold after the show.
